Olin Park DGC will be 10 holes tomorrow.

We'll play it twice for the morning league.

Matchplay in the afternoon?  Sounds interesting.

Will it work with 10 holes? Tune in tomorrow...

We decided to switch up the schedule for the second half of the temp courses.

The next one will be at
Tenney Park on March 27th.

Garner Park on April 3.
Warner Park on April 10.

Thanks to everyone who came out to Olin despite the dampness and the wind!

See you all in two weeks.

How many holes do you plan to have at Tenney and in what part of the park are you thinking about putting the course?

last year we had 9 or 10.  It starts by the skating shelter and works its way around clock wise  around the park.  last year there were 2 holes to close to the road, IMO, and maybe this year those 2 can be moved to stay in the inside of the lagoon away from the road.  (Peck take note, not sure if you had any changes planed but it think it was hole 4 and 5).  We could easliy keep those 2 on the inside of the lagoon and stay away from any cars.  Then work over to 6 the big one across the road)..  Its a fun course and bring some discs you dont mind losing.

Tenney DGC will be 9 holes again this year.  Only 2 or 3 holes are the same as last year.  Hopefully this year's layout will reduce the number of lost discs and keep the cars safe.

Leagues at 10am. Check-in with Eric Peterson.

Please park between the tennis courts and the shelter.   Smiley

Rory - It was my eulogy to my 167g lime-green champion monster that I deep-sixed last year @ Tenney Park.

Highlights from Tenney Park
Stulander had a near Ace,
but ended up getting wet twice.
However, we did find a beer dropped by the "beer bunny" (Captain Smooth).

Here Stulander retrieves his Champion Boss.
Captain Smooth explains the rules.

Garner was a Blast today, played 4 rounds of 9 with a few friends, nailed a 200ft birdie on hole 1! to start our third round.  Much thanks to any and all who set up the course and/or make it possible.  Is a donation standard for the temp courses?  If so to who, when and where?  I'm new here so your patience is appreciated.
