Bag Tag #94

WWW
« on: July 27, 2008, 07:33:20 PM »

The Annual MADC Fall Picnic date has been set for October 26th.  At this time the location has not been set, so watch this board for more information.

Please let us know what you would like to see at this years event so we can get a start on planning.  What did you enjoy from years past, what would you like to see improved upon.

Thanks

I would definitely like to see more "incentive-based" mini games.  (hint: more prizes given out for disc golfing-related games rather than just a huge lottery...)

The glow round was a ton of fun last year too.

I would like to run a round of mini golf after the 2 rnd at the picnic.  I have a handful of discs to give away as prizes.  I would want it be no charge but you need to be a current MADC member to play.  Anyone who has a mini basket that i could borrow for the day it would help out.  A 9 or 18 hole course would be a lot more fun than 3.  Either PM or post on here and let me know if you can help.  Also anyone who would want to donate a disc or prize to the mini golf just let me know.

We have had a bunch of generous donations come in from local establishments.  We are working on getting a scorecard that has all of this year's donors' logos on it.

Registration for the Bag Tag round will end before the Bag Tag round starts.
We are shooting for 9:30am.

Registration for doubles will be throughout the day till probably 2:30pm.

Hey Madden,  So far we have the following mini baskets, Inman-1, Coyoteugly-1, Jay S-3, Newhouse-1, I belive Batka has one in his shop but i have not talked to him about it yet.    We could use more so if anyone has one please bring it to the club picnic.  We plan on doing mini golf after the bag tag round and finish before doubles.  I have a bunch of small orange cones i will bring to mark tee areas. I will be running the mini golf so i will be around to keep track of them.
