  2. Call to order
  3. Next Meeting: Cool Beans, Wednesday, August 16, 2006 @ 6:30pm:
    • Arrive early to order food & beverages --There is an understanding instead of paying a fee for the room the guests will order a beverage and or food. FYI
    • Weather permitting the patio is available. Not sure if the Wi-Fi is.
  4. Newsletter
    • new drop dead date by Saturday, July 15th
    • Delivery date will Monday, July 17th.
      • This doesn't leave much time for "editing" by our volunteer, but we'll try
  5. Funds:
    • Beginning Balance: $1,714.77
    • $120 Renewal + (includes a few new members + disc sales)
    • Ending Balance: $1,834.77
  6. Elver Park Update:
    • Trash can painting party
    • Installation of new 30 gallon trash cans
    • Additional brush work to be done
    • Removal of 50 Gallon "City of Madison" metal trash cans
    • Removal of trash
    • Check prices of Nylon rope vs. small chain. Choose Cost-effective
    • Brush moving to trails?
  7. Hiestand Park Update:
    • Trash accumulating, but Tuesday night league removes
    • Appears Trash Can @ TeePad #1 is not being emptied daily
    • ROC may be arriving on Friday
    • Need people to spread/move ROC
    • Baskets will be moved to Tournament mode on Friday, July 14th
  8. Mad City Open
    • Estimated Budget: $11,000
    • Estimated Cost..: $10,000
    • Sponsors thus far: $3,000 to $5,000 + merchandise
    • Pierce's good deal on soft drinks.
    • Hats: 48 (15-Staff, 8-Glass Nickel) 25 for sale
    • Player Package = T-Shirt, Disc & Pizza (Upgrades for hat possible)
    • Coupons for Pizza - limit 2 slices (Note: We cannot sell pizza, but this will insure equity)
    • Softdrinks proably $0.25/each
    • Number of Players estimate = 150
    • Day of tournament registration will be possible, but encourage as many people to pre-register
    • Volunteer early, volunteer often

    • Sunday, October 15, 2006 in Appleton
    • Looking for coordinator
  10. MADC Memberships/Discs for sale by Terry Miller
    • Need Business Continuity Plan to insure inventory supplying and arrangements continue
